1. Purchasing and payment Visa cards may only be used for purchases made in France. In the interest of security, any order that fails to follow this instruction will be rejected. For those outside France, there is a bank transfer system in place, allowing you to order with total peace of mind. This method offers the same level of security as payment by Visa, and you will receive a receipt and a confirmation e-mail. On request, a pro forma invoice will be sent to you before payment. Payment via cheque is also possible, with up to 4 cheques per sum payable. Cheques are deposited every 30 days. 2. Delivery costs Free delivery is available, depending on the country and the value of the goods ordered. (see the table marked DELIVERY) If the amount ordered falls below the required threshold, you will be responsible for these costs. In some countries, import taxes may apply, and you may therefore be required to pay VAT to obtain your parcel. This sum varies between €15 and €30, depending on the value of the goods ordered.
3. Exchange. We make every effort to ensure that the item you choose will be the right size. A table of sizes is available to help make your online purchase easier. Exchanges are possible, however, both within France and through one of our colleagues in your own country. For exchanges, the costs of returning the item(s) are the customer’s responsibility. The responsibility for re-delivery costs will depend upon the value of the original purchase.
4. Satisfaction or your money back You are entitled to request a refund for any article, without explanation. You will receive a refund if the item is returned in its original condition and has not been worn. If you were offered free delivery at the time of the original purchase, the cost of this delivery will be deducted from the amount refunded, except in cases where there was a problem with delivery or if the item is faulty. Refunds will be made by cheque (in France) and by bank transfer. The customer will be required to provide their bank details for international transfer.
5. Delivery Orders are dispatched every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Allow 48 hours for delivery within France, and up to 8-10 days for deliveries abroad. Each parcel has its own tracking reference number, which the customer may request if necessary. Deliveries are transported by the French postal service, or by the international company GLS. The company accepts no responsibility for the loss of parcels once they have been dispatched. >From experience, a lost parcel is a very rare event.In the event that this should happen, however, every effort will be made to ascertain who is responsible for this loss.
6. Quality Every effort is made to ensure that you are entirely satisfied with our products, both in terms of the cut of the garments and the choice of primary materials, dyes, screen prints and embroidery. In the interest of improving customer satisfaction, we welcome all constructive criticism.
